I really don't like the idea of having ANY disney people in the Saga. I don't know why, it just doesn't stick with me. I doubt they'd get Tom Felton, as he is already involved in Harry potter and that would be too confusing. So I'm opting for Gaspard! He was "supposedly" considered for the role of Edward so why not give him Alec?

Well, Lucas is no the Alec of my dreams, but at least, he's not too old to the role.

Gaspard... I don't know. I just don't like him for Alec, take aside Edward! Alec has to to be short, young looking, like Dakota.

She's a fresh face and up coming actress she is Native American/ Italian 15yrs old my best friend i thought she would play one of the characters in the book very well (well thats just me lol)

Leah isn't going to be in New Moon! When there was all the Vanessa rumours, the script writer let out a statement saying that she had no idea what part of the script Vanessa was going to read because Leah wasn't in it!

Guys looks like it's confirmed who's playing Jane. I'm happy..Dakota Fanning is an awesome actress and would be a perfect Jane.

Well, it seems the Chris the director wants Dakota Fanning to play Jane, and for some reason the writer of the story insists Jane is blonde when shes not, but I wouldn't expect him/her to know anything. Honestly, I don't think I'm psyched to see Dakota as Jane, shes too overrated. Sure she's a good actress but doesn't mean she has to play Jane.

I definitely do NOT want Dakota Fanning playing Jane! Jane wasn't a giddy 14-year old. Seriously, Dakota doesn't have the depth to play this role, I just know it. Why? WHY, CHRIS WEITZ? Looks aren't everything!

I never imagined Jane looking that way anyway.
