UnfrakinBelievable, yay for spreading the awesomeness of the HG around. :D

I think we have talked a bit about casting choices. I just googled Jack Nicholson, I think he could be him. I pictured him as about that age, maybe in his late 50's? I don't think he's too old.
Camilla Bell, never seen her act. Hmm .. she fits the description but not my imagination, if that makes sense. I don't think there will ever be a perfect Katniss.

I have a really hard time with the casting, I don't think of famous people as I'm reading, I just have my own people in my head, if that makes sense.
maddy<3twilight, I agree -- I'm not a huge fan of hers either. I've only seen her in that stupid show "When a stranger calls" and I wasn't overly impressed.

I have trouble with casting too, I could never be a casting person. I imagine my own people.

I agree -- she looks a little too fragile.

Did you not like the movie "Push" -- it's been on my list to see, I think the main guy is pretty good-looking. And with Dakota in it I thought it might be good . . .

Ally_Cat, I know, it's good there's a thread for it. I also had to force myself to go to bed and stop reading. It's going to be even harder with Catching Fire.
No. :( They said that mine was a "difficult mailing" and I should get it next week.
The hardest person for casting is Katniss. It's so hard when the girls now have to act stupid and girly to get parts, so you can't see them like you would Katniss. And, she's such a vital part (obviously) it's not like casting Glimmer or Foxface.

Oooh, I could see Michelle Trachtenberg as Katniss possibly. I've seen her in some pretty strong character roles, she's not usually whimpy. I'll have to ponder that . . . .
