Weekend plans:

Tonight - enjoying some of the Wisconsin beer that I bootlegged into the state of Arkansas. Seriously - I bought like 10 cases. I filled the flippin' car. You just can't get good beer down here - it doesn't get much better than Sconnie for that. It will also be movie night for the boy and I. And...beer.

Saturday - I will be going to my regular Cardio Boot Camp in the morning to get my backside handed to me. Then later we will be celebrating my friend's bday. We are going to the casino. Wooo!

Sunday - I am hoping to see my friend's twins that were just borned. Seriously, I couldn't be happier for them. They have been trying for years and YEARS to have kids, she's had surgeries and shots and expensive treatments, all to have doctor after doctor tell her that she should have a hysterectomy. She tried in vitro and everyone kind of held their breath when she told us she was preggers. But now she has two beauties - Addison Presley and Aiden Turner...and they are lovely. *squees*

Rob does not like bebes.

OMG. You are so silly!! I love it. I wish we could e-adopt you but you already moved into the e-Party House. Also I fear you would e-age us too soon b/c aren't you college aged?
ForJazz926 wrote:e-shmoopy - I actually have NO Twilight pieces of flair. Can you believe it? You should - because it's true. None. Actually - pieces of flair is one of the things that led to me picking up the book. I was looking through the flair going, "wtf is all this twilight stuff, and whotf is Edward Cullen?" I assumed it was some other stupid Jonas Brothers/HSM crap.
And then you CAME INTO THE LIGHT that IS Twilight. Aww... heh. Flair is funny! My other flair obsession is the Princess Bride, of course.

OMG tiny babiessssss. I love it when people around me have babies. I love other people's kids. I love it when I can give the fussy baby back to mom. Yay!

My plans include... hmm drowning my jobless sorrows in copious amount of alcohol, I believe. Also job searching, yay! Pooling b/c it's supposed to be 85 squintrillion degrees. Also I want to see The Hangover, I heard it was *selfpee* funny. Generally catching up on life since I was gone away last weekend.

Hooray Beer! Rob DOES like beer.

So I think I'll make myself a nice dinner and eat in in front of the TV while I watch Twilight...again...I kind of don't like watching it with him in the house, since I always get comments like: Are you watching that again? How many times have you seen it now? Aren't you tired of that movie yet? But can you believe, I actually got him to see with me twice!
Trine-I am so glad you said this about Twilight because my hubby is the same way. He also tells me that I need to go to the mental hospital because I watch it so often. But, then I tell him that I am already in the halfway house. He doesn't really know what that means, which is a good thing.

So many of you have been talking about Facebook and I have never even been to the site. Is it really that fun? I guess I feel like my life isn't that exciting to tell people about. Maybe I'll check it out.
edward4ever wrote:Tracy’s story about her Disney trip reminded me of my drive up to VA a couple of weeks ago. The plate on a car on the freeway with me in North Carolina (or was it South??) said ‘4X MOM’. Now, it probably meant she was the mother of 4 children (4 times mom) BUT I immediately saw ‘Forks Mom’! I was so excited, I wanted to drive alongside of her and wave enthusiastically at her with a huge smile on my face but she probably would have thought I was some crazy be-autch, so I decided against it. :D

The latest Robcrack has been awesome and the candy-cane shirt—and the comments made about it (Yummy)—reminded me of a word I came up with on the Rob Pattinson thread of The Cast List many many moons ago…”LolliRob” (a lollipop in the shape of Rob's body and all his gloriousness!). Do any of you ladies remember that?? We were talking about all of the silly marketing campaigns going on at the time (i.e. an Edward doll) and I wanted to make some sort of a candy that we could….um…..lick!  I really really need to get the Robtionary started!pammy ;)
Pammy-Your story about the license plate is too funny! I actually have thought about getting a personalized license plate with something Twilight Saga related. Is that too weird you guys? Seriously, you can be honest. Any ideas would be welcome too. I'm not that creative.

I kinda remember the "LolliRob," but either way, I would totally lick it. ;)
GenevieveCullen wrote:I'd comment on the candy cane shirt but it'd get us kicked off the thread
 BWAAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH!

Julie(Jazz)-what kind of beer did you buy? I'm in Minnesota so I could easily go get some of the goods for myself if it's that good.

Caryn-thank you so much for saying that about age. I'm turning 35 this summer and am dreading it. I don't like getting older. This whole Twilight Saga thing has really made me feel like a teenager again. Those of you who are young, enjoy it! Not that getting older is bad, but you have less responsibilities when you are younger.

Did you guys see that you can pre-order the "Sexy Stars of Twilight" mag from Barnes and Noble? I think I might do that.

e-pookerpie - Srsly, are we the same person? B and I just decided that "The Hangover" was the winner for our movie night. Also, I plan on being in the pool all the while I'm not doing <see above>. And lastly, I frequently talk about how much I love kids - other people's kids, that is - because I get to give them back to their mums and dads. We are e-peas in an e-pod.

As for my flair - I will have to check it and list it for you. All I remember right now is that I have one with a hamster shoving a giant carrot into it's mouth. Oh - and SBTB, Monte Python "your mother was a hamster and your father smelled of elderberries," and The Office "bears. beets. Battlestar Galactica."

JulieM - I bought all KINDS of beer. My favorite wheat beer is New Glarus - Spotted Cow. Very standard. I also like Capital Brewery stuff - they have a fantastic Amber and good wheats as well, all of which I picked up. I got a Summer Wheat from the Point Brewery, and some Crop Circle from the Great Dane. And...my all-time favorite...the ALE ASYLUM. That brewery was started by a very talented guy who broke off from the Angelic Brewery in Madison. He started his own...and I swear it's like an art form. I picked up some of his Ambergeddon, Madtown Nutbrown, and a growler of Tripel Nova, because they don't sell that crap in 6-packs or cases. It's so potent that they will not serve any patron more than 3 pints of it - because it will MESS YOU UP. (e-shmoopy - that's what you need. I will e-hold your e-hair if you e-barf, bt e-w).

Rob loves ale.

Just popping in to say a quick hello. Followed by a very hasty goodbye! I'm getting the ferry to Scotland in 8 hrs. I have to pack, sleep, get up, ready, and drive for 1 hr to get to ferry terminal! GAH! Can someone pls take note of anything major I might miss when I'm away. I will say goodbye to this thread now as its on page 85 and I'm sure it will be long gone by the time I get back on Monday. I will miss you all mucho! Have downloaded plenty of fanfics and RobPics to take with me. :D

Hope you all have a great weekend whatever you are up to.

You're right! I feel like I'm still 20! :D Don't worry about 30, Trine...30 to 34 was the greatest time of my life up to that point!!! It only gets better!! ;)
Pammy - thanks for that! It's just the whole idea of writing 30 something instead of 20 something that's freaking me out a bit. But I'm sure life in my 30s will be great too.
ForJazz926 wrote:I've seen the Candyman one before! That's classic. Except that Rob doesn't make panties drop so much as making them fly off and/or disintegrate. Or rip themselves into shreds.
Julie (Jazz) - OMG...You have no idea of the associations I get from what you just wrote  I just finished reading what's published of The Office. I've read 7 chapters tonight. And there were some serious panty ripping in there. And the whole story just made me breathless, with all the emotional stuff going on too...

JulieM - I know exactly what you mean. I get no understanding whatsoever for my obsession. The only reason he watched the movie with me twice was because I bought him off with some food the last time  But he did like Charlie in the movie. He couldn't care less about Rob, that's for sure. I told him about Rob being hit by that cab...No interest at all. But he is coming with me to see New Moon. I just hope I can keep my mouth shut when Shirtless Rob appears on the screen

Caryn - good luck with the soccer mom weekend. I really admire you parents, who find the time for everything. I can barely manage my own life :?

Laura - Have a great trip!

Just a couple of things I found:
This would be me if I ever saw Rob :D

Awww... I'm flattered that you'd want to e-adopt me. I've only got 9 months left of my "-teen" years but I doubt I'd e-age you two. The Julika is a force of awesomeness.

Julie(e-wife of Erika)~ I've never heard of any of those beers but thank you for not listing Budweiser. The other night they were having some kind of promotion with free shirts, "Bud Girls", contests, and free beer. Sorry to offend anyone who likes the stuff but when American beer got the bad rep of "pi$$-water", they were drinking that. I've drank pop that was stronger. Anything that you'd recommend to redeem your breweries?

Laura~ hope you enjoy your trip (: Travel safely!

Trine~ I thought of The Office too

I'm not sure. Are you me? Am I you? Are we us? *ponders deeper questions of the world* Also, I'm not sure why I keep asking you about flair! Apparently I'm obsessed with it.

Some other things:

1. I love beer! I do not know as much about it as my e-Mrs. I do know I only drink Budweiser when it's free. And I like all beer brewed by the New Belgium brewing company out of Ft. Collins, CO. I'm a simple girl.
2. I hate the word "panties." It gives me the willies. Also "moist." *shiver* HOWEVER, I don't mind the word "panties" when it's used the same sentence as the word "Rob."
3. Jen, you can be our e-niece! We don't e-have one of those.
Sooo cute, Trine! I love this! And it's so true. And I would be the same!

Sooo there's been quite a bit of talk since I was on last night and I don't remember everything I wanted to comment on...

But one thing I did remember was someone (forgot who) posted a pic of Rob and Emilie kissing on set and I have to agree - it was VERY weird to see him with someone besides KStew. I dunno why it's so weird to me, since I've seen him kiss other people in movies before. Maybe because they were pictures? And you couldn't really tell it was for a movie? :? I dunno. But it just felt... WRONG. And yes, I realize that makes me sound like a freak/dork/obsessive fan.

Oh yeah and the fact that some people didn't even know there was a Twilight calendar makes me feel even MORE like a crazy fangirl, because I got mine back in November. :| Although in my defense, it was a gift from my sis. But still.

And all this talk of "how old I was in 1994" made me feel not so bad about my age (I was 10 at that time). I just turned 25 in May and I'm having this big crisis about my 20s being halfway over.

My, my, my...*tsk tsk* We go from talking about weekend plans (and Rob) to talking about different beer (and Rob). We are so random sometimes...although the best random people ever! :D

My weekend plans are:

Today-Went to the movies. (The Proposal was supposed to have the sporking NM trailer in it. I wanted to see Rob on the big screen damn it! [and try to get past what little of the break-up we see in the trailer without crying too much] Plus the phasing would have been awesome to see!)

Tomorrow-I will hopefully be going shopping! :D

and Sunday-Abso-fracking-lutley nothing! :D

And....I guess its just me going up in 'redneck central' but Budweiser is like ALL people drink around here beer wise so that's the only thing I can really talk about when it comes to the topic of beer.

Ummm....were we talking about anything else lately? Sorry, I am really tired at the moment and can't really think correctly.
