GAH!!!! I've managed to miss almost all of HUMP DAY!!!! My humblest apologies. I'll have to comment on everyone's posts this evening when I can finally sit down and breathe for a few minutes. But, I didn't want our special day without you all knowing I was thinking of you.

Hey there :)

I know it's been ages since the last time I posted, but I promosed to come here once before I leave for London. Well, I leave tomorrow and all I can say is that I cannot understand Bella. At all. How possibly could she abamdon her family forever, when it hurts so much to separate from them until Christmas?

I'm so excited about leaving and settling into an interesting place to do what I dream of, but, still, the thought I'm going away the last few days makes me really sad...

I wish you all the best. I'll try to become frequent again once I've settled down. I'm sure there'll be plenty to talk about.

I miss you loads and I wish I could be here more. But it's a mind thing, I don't feel I can really post those days. My head's full of things and I feel I'll explode.

I hope you all do great. I'm coming to check how you all are :)

Take care!

HAPPY HUMP DAY!

I had my 25 minute, very noisy MRI today, but won't find out the results until Friday!!
I'll keep you posted.

Caryn – Awww – sorry Rob couldn’t serenade you. I’ll have to write more Rob fanfiction – if you wish it – it will come true, right?? Something about putting it out to the universe…. Next post – I so know what you mean by questioning wardrobe choice. One day, I hated my shirt and wanted to go buy another one during lunch!!! One question- were you tugging at your cami WHILE you were viewing Robcrack??? ‘Cause really – Rob wouldn’t mind the view, would he? Anyway – I’m glad you’re a refined lady. I wear turtlenecks all of November through all of March for sure with a little of October and April too. I’m not exaggerating!! I have many beautiful colors and styles!! My students – actually – many didn’t go to school much in their country (Somalia) so they lack basic school skills – that I will teach them. It’s not really their fault, I was just crabby about it!! Thanks for saying I am a brilliant teacher – well, one of my strengths is that I’m highly perceptive and intuitive about their learning. Thanks for the Hump Day contribution!!

BD News
– I think Mackenzie Foy is an excellent choice – I forgot the younger girls name – the two look enough alike to pass and as Ginnie pointed out – they look like Kristen!! Mackenzie’s age – well, she could pass for a lot younger. Many child actors look younger than they are. The directors must like working with someone more mature who can pass for younger.

MissP – I just love what your kids said about your student teacher being strict!! Hubs didn’t have to worry about stalling because he didn’t get that job. He’s glad he doesn’t have to worry about the long commute, but it’s annoying to keep sending out resumes and applying for jobs. Plus, eventually his severance will run out…YIKES! It sounds like you were very good about following the doctor’s orders for before and after the lap band fill. Good luck on the last 10 pounds! You should promise yourself an extra special Christmas outfit. I forgot to comment on ChurchRob – keep working on him!!! Smiles are good!

Ann Marie – I’m just wondering what a Rob flavored Krispy Kreme doughnut would taste like…

LADIES??? Let’s have a contest to name the Rob doughnut and then write the copy that would describe the flavor……I know some of you are really good at this sort of thing - I'm not!!

Marielle
– Yes. Summer is over. Just think of all the fashion accessories you can wear in colder weather – scarves, hats, boots, jackets, tights, etc. Have fun with it. If the episode was pre Eclipse the movie, Hulk’s son would have had to have read the book, but if it is recent, he may have just seen the movie. Glee – you have to get used to it and realize it is supposed to be over-the-top and what we call “campy”. Totally unrealistic. You also have to like watching lots of singing and dancing. I recommend getting the Season 1 vol 1 and vol 2 DVD set to get caught up.

Jaclyn
– I’m impressed that you washed your windows. I do that task very rarely. (But don’t follow my terrible example of housecleaning!!) Many of my students come from a limited educational background (no high school diploma, or even no school at all) so they don’t have academic skills for studying. That’s what I try to teach. I teach critical thinking skills too. Last year I had the students who were transitioning to academic work. Hubs didn’t get that job, but he’s OK with it because it was kind of far away. Back to the drawing board! You should get a bike. I know what you mean about the smell of winter – it is very fresh and clean. Next post – Ahhhh Scrabble! Fond memories! I’d have fun playing a “regular” game with you too! WOW! You’re mom is going to take the Twilight plunge??? Cool! Let us know how it goes. Open House – This is just to meet the teachers and learn about what the kids will be doing during the year. Then mid-term, they have what we call “conferences” and that is when you talk to the teacher privately about how your son or daughter is doing in the class. Zumba before Scrabble! I think that word should definitely be allowed.

Vicky
– I think the only thing Mike Welch would say to Rob is – watch out for that Susie stalker! (he was a little creeped out that I requested the same song two weekends in a row in two different cities!) BD Casting – I don’t know how they could possibly match all of our individual images of what we thought the characters looked like, so I’ll trust them. It’s just exciting that things are happening!!!

Tammy – I hope your daughter is doing OK going to school. Is she able to keep up with the homework at home? Still, I’m sure she misses her friends. I hope the school nurse is someone you feel comfortable with. I think it is great that you are OCD about spelling. Punctuation and grammar too? My pet peeve is when people put an apostrophe on a plural!!!! Nice Rob in Burgundy wallpaper.

Ginnie – Can you go running at a fitness club on rainy days? I have always liked Mondays too because of the fresh start. I always liked school and now that I teach, I like getting a break from my family (since we spend a lot of time together on the weekend) and seeing my students and colleagues again. With enough caffeine I can handle the earlier start. I’m so happy you have become regular around here. You really do deserve your very own Rob fanfic. Did you read any of them while lurking on the thread in the summer?

JennJenn
– I’m sorry you’re feeling so horrible. I wonder what’s wrong? Do you think it is the stress of living with your ex-mother-in-law? Do you wake up in the middle of the night? Maybe you’re not getting solid sleep. Do you have any other symptoms? Is there anyone you can talk to about this? OK Enough questions! I’m just so happy that you are going to spend a month with your mom for Christmas!!!

Raine
– I’m watching the first part of Glee while typing this – That dentist IS HOT and that Britney Spears music video was so hilarious!! OK I’ll stop watching it now or I’ll never finish my mega post!

Tracy – Little One broke his wrist??? I’m so sorry. You said it happened at school, but how?? Just playing on the playground? A Cast for his birthday – cool. Casts are cool at that age. What color is it? Shipping and handling for Caryn’s birthday present? I knew I forgot something! Darn. I’m going to try to get Rob for all of us for Christmas if the Mods allow… We get our first snow around Thanksgiving, but it doesn’t usually stay until mid-December. We get really sad if we don’t have a white Christmas. Hubs didn’t get the job, but he’s OK with it since it was a long commute. There are more openings out there that he has applied for, so now it’s the waiting game. You could handle AP classes, you smarty pants!!! You just can’t hide that fact that you are SMART. Let’s hope my doctor calls me with the MRI results – if not, I’m calling her!! Rob’s beard is like a lumberjack’s beard!!! I agree – I want to see that beautiful JAWLINE!!!! I wonder how Kristen likes kissing that furry face!!

Deb – It’s great to see you on the thread again!!! GOOD LUCK IN LONDON AT IMPERIAL COLLEGE!!!! I do understand your mixed feelings – how you will miss your family (and they you). Once you’re moved in and busy with your classes and social life, it will get better and the time will go fast for you – the time will go slower for your family. But I’m sure they are very happy that you are on your way to adulthood and that you have this wonderful opportunity to study in London. PLEASE do come back and see us periodically!!! We need our Deb!!

I'm late making dinner - good thing it's leftovers!! Then it's off to circus - no choir tonight.

See you later!

Yay!! I'm now TOUCHED BY COLD HANDS!! 8-) I have nothing exciting to report tonight, so I'll just do a mega-post.

dazzle~~ This should actually be the last needle stick for awhile. I am now to the point where I shouldn't need a fill but every 4-6 months or so. After this last ten pounds, I'll be in the maintenance phase.

swan cullen~~ No pain and no hunger today. This is really going to be a good fill! Untreated, sleep apnea can cause stress to be worse, but I've never heard of stress causing sleep apnea. Hmmm... I've never watched Teen Mom. I'm a Law & Order girl myself. It sounds like this Amber is a real piece of work.

marielle~~ Hope you made it through your workday without going insane with boredom! I am actually 41 years old. I started teaching when I was 23...just a baby! I teach 5th graders, so they are 10 at the beginning of the school year and 11 by the end.

openfire~~ Enjoy your Scrabble game and Twilight with your mom! Great way to christen the new house. Did you make it to Zumba? I tried it once. It wasn't my favorite.

Tracy~~ I'm not a big fan of Lumber Jack Rob either. Nice jaw porn though! Hope your work day was a great one!

Ginnie~~ Hope you had a great day,Girl!

Caryn~~ Great hump day pics! *HUGS*

despoina~~ Hey, Girl!! I know you're going to miss your family like crazy, but the move to London is a once in a lifetime opportunity! Sieze it, Girlfriend! Who knows? You might just run into a handsome vampire. ;)

susie~~ GAH! I hate the waiting part of medical tests! Aww! I'm sorry hubs didn't get the job. Something will come up soon, I just know it! Oh yes...I'm all about following doctor's orders where the lapband is concerned. I don't want to waste the opportunity I've been given to get my health and my life back. I will most definitely be buying a couple of special outfits when this last ten pounds is gone. And Church Rob is in my sights! ;)

rob donut~~ Hmmm... I'll be thinking on that one! Night, Girls! Have a great Thursday! The weekend is upon us.

Hey girls….

This is my last day at work before leaving to Rome tomorrow…I’m really excited about going to Rome…
I’ve been reading the lonely planet for Rome and they talk about a lot of shops and good dinners…it should be heaven on earth for a girl like me…

Deb, hey girl…good luck in London…please stop by soon and tell all about it…I know it hurts to be away from your family but you’ll get used very quickly…

Susie, accessories hmm… haven’t thought about those yet…I have a lot of cute scarves and gloves…I’ve been wearing tights all summer but I have to get extra (all colors of the rainbow…) still the season color is Cullen style, blue, white, black and grey…it’s a bit boring unless the hot Cullen men are walking around in them…

I can really see why Glee is doing so well in the States, specially because it is so over the top…but really for me it was a bit too much… like I said maybe it was just this episode, so I’ll watch again next week…

Tonise, 41!!! Really? I really thought you were a lot younger than that…I can understand why you have to be strict with kids that age, that’s when they are really starting to try their limits…

Wow, it’s been slow last night…I’m already at the last post…

Hihi, I’m searching the Rob- and twi-sites for news and I believe the fans are starting campaigning about that beard…
Robsessed started this… WARNING!!! Could cause brain malfunctions and drooling…

Anyway, I’ll try to post again tonight…
I think I have some time left between work, laundry and packing for Rome…

Hey Ladies!!!

Just a quick pop up. I'm swamped with work. I have been doing checks non stop the whole day since yesterday. Every time I think I'm through my boss would remember something. Gah!!! With the amount of checks I have drafted it will be a miracle if the company don't go bankrupt by next week   .

On the bright side my boss will be out of the country tomorrow. So I'm free as a bird by tomorrow morning hihi...

Okay gotta go! I just received another batch of checks to be process. Jeezzz...

Happy Thursday afternoon everyone,

It's nearly the weekend! Yay! :D

My car is going to the garage tonight, as I think it needs new brake pads or something. It has been making a squeaking noise for a while... I hope it doesn't cost too much!! Then, once I get home I am going to cook dinner (chicken chow mein - yum!) and then my mom and I will watch Twilight! I have been listening to the soundtrack a lot the past week or so.. I am really excited to watch it again. Even though I've saw it lots of times, it never gets old kinda thing, you know?

DEB!! Yay you came and posted!! I just want to give you a big hug right now!! I can't imagine how you are feeling right now, but once you get to London and get settled, you will feel much better. And once you are at uni and studying etc, the time will fly by and before you know it, it will be Christmas!
I'm looking forward to you posting a little more here once your settled - we can't wait to hear about your accomodation, classes etc.
I might catch you on facebook at somepoint too!
Take care girl :D

Tracy - I agree about the beard - I miss the Jaw! :D

Caryn - Hi! Take a break! Look at some RobCrack :D

Susie - Hopefully you will get your MRI results without having to phone and ask them yourself! I also really hope they are able to figure out whats wrong & how to treat it properly.. I know how much it bugs you to not be able to walk around as much as you would like!
Sorry to the hubs about not getting that job.. but that is good that he won't have to the commute he wasn't really looking forward to. I'm sure the perfect job for him is just around the corner :)
Scrabble was a lot of fun, but unfortunately not really any words to do with Twilight came up.. Haha!

missp - Yep I went to Zumba, it's only my second time, but I liked it much better than the first. I sort of know what to do now, and since I wasn't the "newbie" anymore, I cared less about looking a bit daft  I will go back for a few weeks, and hopefully learn the moves properly!

Marielle - Yay for Rome tomorrow!! I hope you and your bf have an awesome time - I can't wait to hear all about it!! How long are you away for again? We will miss you here but will see ya when you get back :)

Raine - Haha, I laughed at you saying you company would go bankrupt with all the cheques you are writing! With lots of work to do, at least the day will go quicker! And you will be able to relax tomorrow :D

Ok I really need to run now...
Bye!

Hey Darlins!!! Yeah, it seems like the clock is ALWAYS working against me. But, always know you guys aren't ever far from my thoughts. Right now is just literal insanity, especially with having to miss two days of work for BabySil's wedding next week. But, I lurk often to keep up with the news and get my needed dose of RobCrack, which now serves as motivation and reminder that there is still beauty in the world.

Deb~ I wanted to make sure to say HI!!! Have a safe trip to London and I can't wait to read all about your adventures and settling in. *hugs*

All My HHSisters~ I miss you all like mad. I promise I'm reading all the updates. I wish I had more time to respond individually. But, at least know that I love you all like crazy.

RobNews~ Though we still have no US distributor for Bel Ami, it looks like there is a very good possibility that it will be screened at both the Berlin and Cannes film festivals in 2011. Berlin is awesome. It's a great portal for independent European films. But, CANNES!!!!! Gah!!! We all remember the utter joy of the last time Rob was in Cannes, and that wasn't even for his own film. Sweet mama!!!
