Anyone from New York here? We'll be spending new years eve there (27th of December - 3rd of January) and I wanna know where I can find Twilight stuff! Because there is nothing for sale here around me
Wow! NYE in NY is crazy... should be an experience :D There's tons of merch at Hot Topic and FYE stores, I'm sure they have locations in NYC. Good luck!

Honeymoon...
And the amount of people that will be there freaks me out! Where I live it's crowded in the street if there's 50 people out at the same time... and yes, we have ONE main street...

Oh, we're staying miles wide of times square, that's for sure... We'll live with a friend of the family, he said he'll book us a table at a nice restaurant and stuff. But come on, I'm brought up in the middle of the forest, I get the creeps from a street with 200 people on it... and I'm going to NY during the holiday season... Hope the relatives are ready to pick up the pieces...

haha good luck. well honestly NYC has some of the greatest resturants. Carmines is a really good family style restaurant. If you like indian food i strongly suggest Bachaci i think thats how it is spelt. it is near the museum of natural history. even if you never tried it you have to go there an eat the food is incredible and the service is excellent. what else were you planning on doing in NYC?

Well, the usual tourist traps of course... the Statue of Liberty, Staten Island, Starbuck's (hubby's demand), Hard Rock Cafe (mine), Rockefeller Center, Macy's (MIL's demand), Wallmart (why I ask you, why?), ground zero, probably meeting some cousins and then we would be taking a tour of the town by car... My MIL is a little (read enormously) anxious about anything and everything. If we spend the evening with them and then drive home, we have to call when we're home so she knows we survived. Oh joy of having her around on our honeymoon...
Oh, just found another must go to: HOT TOPIC

i know she'll be boring, but you cannot travel around the globe to NYC and NOT go there... Walmart is part off hubby's requests :? he studies economics and they do a lot of their work based on US companies. I will remind him of it when we're there, he hates stores, the bigger they get the crankier he become
We'll also try to find a hotel room or something for a night or two, we do not intend to spend our entire honeymoon sharing the living room floor with his parents...
