Re: Favorite Scenes
I didn't read through all of these posts (not a ton of time on my hands), But the moment that stands out to me the most is in the studio. Alice grabs Bella and gets a handful of blood. Her expression is exactly what I expected from Edward when he sucked the poison from Bella. Also in that scene, the background action was awesome!! When Jasper and Emmett are holding James up and Alice jumps on his chest and rips his head off?!?! GO ALICE!!! Plus, the expression of joy on Jasper's face as he throw's James's dismembered body parts into the fire is perfect... fits perfectly with his background as a fighter.
BTW, ihadanEdwardRush, I love the note from Jasper to Edward... hilarious!!

Re: Favorite Scenes
since there's not a place to discuss the exteneded/deletes scenes I'm going to post this here.
one deleted scene I love was the "she brought him to life" w/Esme & Carlisle. it was so cute & fun. I really wish they kept that in there. because you really don't know how the Cullens feel about this relationship until they risk their lives to save Bella. And it was cool to have Carlisle & Esme in there for another few seconds!
and then the extended meadow scene! come on that so should have been included in the movie! it was really short, but was sooooo good! (it's called "you don't know how it's tortured me" on the menu I think)

Re: Favorite Scenes
I liked the apple scene, mostly because I adored the way Rob said "Edible art?" *sigh*
My favorite scene is probobly the baseball scene or the fight scene.
My favorite minor scene would be when he takes her to school.
The worst scene was the meadow scene; MR and CH butchered it, and the acting was wooden.
And the best 3 seconds of the whole movie would be the clip in my sig.
EDIT: You know what? Besides the meadow scene, the whole movie was fricken awesome.

Re: Favorite Scenes
My favorite scene is at then when they are dancing and he says " so are you ready for this to end. " he mummered almost to himself, " for this to be the twilight of your life, even though your life has bearly started. You're ready to give up everything" When he bends her over I just saw that twinkle in his eyes and just fell to pieces in my seat. The other one was when they were leaving the garage running from James and he tells her she is his life now. That really was the first time Edward really laid it out there and you knew that he would do anything in the world for her. It was a very touching scene to me.

Re: Favorite Scenes
So one thing that I thought was so beautiful was the flashback montage or something as Edward's biting Bella. Watching it again it was just like "Wow."

I agree that was really good. And I love the song that's played. I am so mad because I bought my soundtrack as a cd from a store & not itunes where it was an extra song & I really want the song! Grrrr why do they do that?debussygirl wrote:So one thing that I thought was so beautiful was the flashback montage or something as Edward's biting Bella. Watching it again it was just like "Wow."
One scene I think they did really well was when Bella was leaving Charlie. The first time I watched the movie I almost cried here. (Which is rare for me.) It was just so good & emotional. I felt bad for Charlie when he was begging her to stay & she wouldn't! (Of course I knew all worked out. But it was just so sad!)
