Re: Maximum Ride
Ah! These books are so good.
I had a few questions. . . I forgot them all.
Jessica, PM me and I'll explain.

Re: Maximum Ride
My friend mentions this book from time to time, and I never really paid that much attention to it until now (I was on my Twilight high, mind you). I just got the first book today & I must say, it's been pretty amazing.

How the heck did I not find this thread earlier?
I mean, these are my fav books, I should've at least looked...
Anyway, MR is my favorite book series evah. Twilight is almost tied.

Re: Maximum Ride
Finally! Somebody posted.
It's not my favorite series. I like Twilight better, but it's extremely good.
The only thing I didn't like was that there seemed to be a lot of dropped mysteries, you know?
Like something happens, and you think it's big, but then it's forgotten.

Re: Maximum Ride
Yay! I just found the thread! I'm in the middle of the third book. SOOOO GOOD! I am completely in love with Iggy and his blindness and explosiveness, and Fang and his broodiness and darkness... it's great.
Actually, I'm tempted to leave to keep reading...
I have to get this off my chest. I. Love. Ari.
There. I said it.
I feel like a pedophile, seeing as he's technically 7................ but really it's not pedophilia because I'm 14 (like Fang and Iggy!!) but still.....................................

Re: Maximum Ride
Hehe, it's okay to love Ari!
I prefer Fang and Iggy (They.are.MINE. I got dibs on them when the books first came out...) but Ari is great too.
The reason I like these books more than Twilight is the way it's full of cliffhangers, fights and sarcasm. You don 't get too much of that in Twilight. Plus, I have almost the exact same personality as Max, so I really get into the story, sometimes I forget it's not real and that I'm reading a book.

That happens to me too!
Okay, I'll cut you a deal. You can have Fang or Iggy, I'll give you first choice! That's just how nice I am!

Re: Maximum Ride
I've loved Max and the Flock since School's Out Forever...but I still haven't read the fifth book because I can't buy more than one book at a time, our library sucks and my list of books I want includes Love and Peaches, Reckoning, and Bloodhound before I can even start to think about Max
That one's for Ianto. Risen Mitten, Life Knife, and that old classic...Stun Gun.

Hmm, fine, I get Fang!
He's my birthday present to myself!
*slaps bow onto Fang's head and laughs at his expression*
