Rose watched as Jane and Dantes all but materialized in the limo. She quirked an eyebrow and couldn't help her lip curl with humor and lack of belief. "I wasn't having any fun and no one else was either. Santi convinced me to try being good, so here I am?" Rose repeated; more as a question than a mocking.
"Well," she looked around the car while trying to contain her smirk, "The logic of that defense seems solid. The prosecution rests." She leaned back and crossed her arms. She had no idea if Dantes was truly "good". It seemed plausible now that Allie was gone. Maybe all he needed was some closure. But he'd been civil with the family for a while now. He cared for Jane and probably for his brother - in his own sick twisted way - so he never attacked outright.
Rose wasn't overtly concerned about it. Dantes was admittedly horrifying in his element but when he wasn't waging his mental wars he really wasn't that bad. He'd certainly have a field day with the bachelorette party. When Rose voiced this thought aloud she couldn't help but a laugh a little.
"I think we'll be okay for the one weekend, don't you think? An immediate attack on the castle would be a bit too obvious. Plus, you said," she looked at Jane and Dantes, "you left Santi there. He should be fine. He's really quite good at keeping people up to date," she wiggled her phone in her hands. "I've gotten about a month's worth of text messages," she laughed, "let's just get the boy a Twitter account, okay?"
It seemed Elena was coming back to herself. Rose figured she just needed a moment and let Ana help her; the last thing she'd want to come back to is car full of people ogling her.
It wasn't long before the car arrived outside Katerina Delino's Barcelona branch. She looked to the group, ""You have to admit Dantes been the oddball in this familial equation for a while. Let's just pretend he's got two X chromosomes instead of one this evening." She turned and faced him, "However, you aren't allowed to say or show anything to the boys," she said point blank. "So help me God, newborn armies would be child's play compared to me and spoiled wedding attire."
She chuckled and hopped out of the car. She listened as her boot heels clicked against the cobbled stone sidewalk and breathed in the smell of good couture.
